You will receive a cordial welcome when you are admitted to our clinic for treatment. We have provisions to accommodate for new admissions within a day of booking although we advise that people pre-book in advance.
Referrals made by the client themselves, their family, colleagues, and medical physicians are welcomed. We will ensure that our team is ready to receive you once the booking is confirmed.
Upon arrival at the facility, you will be acquainted to the medical staff and toured around so that you can orient yourself with the facility's various corners. We will provide you a welcome pack that will explain all that is necessary for you to know about your stay with us at the Sanctuary Lodge, along with a schedule of therapy sessions. Please contact us if you unable to travel to our clinic by yourself.
Our specialist psychiatrist who is skilled in detox will provide a consultation to you during the first 24 hours upon admission.
A complete evaluation will be performed here about your psychological and medical treatment requirements. If needed, a complete detox procedure will be recommended. Our mental health experts will be in charge of administering and monitoring your detox under strict protocol.
Kindly remember that we need details of your doctor's surgery as well as physical proof of any medication that you may be taking by ensuring that you bring it along with you upon admission.
Your psychiatrist will then suggest and emphasise any aspect of your medical care programme which needs more focus.
